We have a very exciting announcement. This camp meeting will be at Booker T State Park near Chatanooga, TN.

We have this place booked from October 13th which will be the check-in day until October 22nd.

The fellowship we’ve had at the last two meetings was incredible and and such a blessing and we are looking forward to coming together again.

This park is located on Lake Chickamauga. The weather in this area is beautiful at this time of the year. And we are expecting a wonderful turnout. Many brothers and sisters are confirmed already.

We are only 3 and a half months away. So here are the details concerning the accomodations so that you can make plans and we can all prepare together.

We have a beautiful meeting hall with the cooking facilities attached. The meeting hall has 3 bedrooms as well in it with 6 beds.

We will have 12 roomy cabins with 4 sets of bunkbeds in each cabin. That is a total of 96 beds on site. You will need your own bed coverings. You can also bring a tent if you wish.

The price for the 9 days will be $70.00/bed. We also will have catered food which will cost each individual $60.00. Children will cost $30.00. 3 and Under free. Yes that’s right, the price to eat for 8 days and sleep will be less expensive than living at home.
Now in speaking with many the tight quarters was fine, but we expect that some might desire staying in a Motel. There are a couple nice motels within 5 miles of the park as well which seemed to be very affordable.

We price checked a few motels which were within 4 miles(6 minutes) of the park and they were very affordable for the 8 days. As low as $320.00 for a room for that amount of time.

Econo Lodge Airport – 3.9 Miles
Motel 6 Chattanooga East -3.9 Miles
Best Western Heritage Inn – 4.0 Miles
Airport Inn – 4.0 Miles

For those who are thinking of flying in, There is an airport in Chattanooga, however, when searching online, the more affordable cities to fly into are likely Atlanta and Nashville. Atlanta is about 2 hours away. And you can either catch a bus for a small $12.00/fee, or rent a car. Or if need be, we may be able to arrange a pick up.

We will also be planning a family day as well, likely at the park or on the lake. The scenery in this area is breathtakingly beautiful.

Please let us know if you are planning to come so that we have a good estimate on the food.

Also, Mario Quintero has offered to cook all the meals and he is very excited to do this. However, we are expecting to have some extra food brought from some of our gardens. Some have volunteered and if you would like to help with this which is only helping us to keep the expenses to a minimum so many people can afford to come, please let us know. Please call and register today. 352-682-0275
