How to Begin the Biblical Year – God’s Calendar – New Booklet
There is great debate raging in Christianity today regarding faith and the law. One class perverts the doctrtrine of justification by faith neglecting to comply with the conditions laid down by the word of God which says “If ye love me keep my commandments”(John 14:15). And there is another class who seek to argue over trivial issues in an attempt to justify themselves by the keeping of the law. The truth lies in the center of this mess and if these will look to the love of God they will see that by believing the truth about God that he gave his only begotten son they will begin to do God’s will out of love rather than in some attempt to justify themselves because of some doctrine that they keep.
The 1888 Message – This page contains endless lessons on faith given to Seventh Day Adventists by our Lord in and around 1888 by two messengers. Ellen White labelled it many things including Message from Heaven, The Loud Cry, the Latter rain message and…Learn more….
Victory Over Sin – The bible says “Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin”(1 John 3:9). God gives the born again sinner the mind of Christ as a free gift by faith to do the will of God. Learn more….
Under the Law – The bible teaches that we are no longer “under the law”. Does that mean we no longer keep the law? Some have come to the conclusion that this means we are not under the ceremonial law. But is that what Paul is really saying? Read this amazing study which goes over the truth on this matter. Learn more…
The Law of Liberty – James calls it “the law of liberty”. Much of the Christian world today teaches it is the “law of bondage”. Learn what James meant and how free you can be in Christ keeping the law by faith and not of your own works. Learn more…
Give my People Rest – Some think that keeping the Sabbath is works. But God teaches us that we are not to work on a certain day. He also teaches us a very important principle which includes spiritual rest. Some say the Sabbath is “justification by works” but the word of God says “The seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God” and “Faith comes by the word of God. So the bible actually teaches that to keep God’s holy day according to his word is “justification by faith” and not of works. Learn more…
The Broadness of the Law – When we study the law we see that it is much deeper than 10 rules. It is spiritual and the principles contained in it are very broad and deep. Read this amazing take of the ten commandments with commentary from the book Patriarchs and Prophets by Ellen White. Learn more…
Biblical Health – This study goes into the dietary principles of God and how they keep his people from disease and help them to be clear-minded like Daniel and the three boys in Babylon. See how these principles of ancient Babylon and Egypt apply to spiritual Babylon and Egypt today. Learn more…
The Gospel in Galatians– A beautiful book that expounds the book of Galatians and really beautifully explains many of the erroneous positions which not only many Sunday keepers have taken but moreso the erroneous views which our modern Seventh Day Adventist Churches have taken today. Learn More…
Under the Schoolmaster – This article details the issue of under the law and goes over the issue of how “before faith came we were kept under the law” and examines not only the New Testament but also goes over the patriarchs in the Old Testament to find that even Moses, and the Righteous Abel were not under the law, but rather under grace, justified by faith. However these great men even before faith came to them, they were kept under the law.
The Added Law Galatians 3:19 – What is the ‘added law’ according to scripture? Is it the moral law? or is it the ceremonial law? Or is it both? The bible talks about God speaking at mount Sinai and ‘he added no more’. Gal 3:19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
“What is Good” leads to a Humble Walk with God and True Repentance Not “Do this, do that” or Fear – Micah says what is good leads us to a humble walk with God. There is something so good that God has given to us, but there is a conspiracy and Satanic plan to cover our eyes from this amazing gift of God.
Remember the Law of Moses Rejected in 1888 – Remember the Law of Moses With its Statutes and Judgments – Nailed to the Cross in 1888 – Seventh Day Adventist. Shortly before 1888 a major issue arose regarding ‘The Law in Galatians.’ It ended up that some of our pioneers such as G.I. Butler and Uriah Smith were instrumental in the rejection of the 1888 messsage. Find out why it was rejected and how we still have yet to accept this glorious light today. See More…
New Moon Knowledge – The Bible has much to say concerning the moon, both as a heavenly body of illumination, and as an indication of when months and years begin, and when to hold special gatherings. It is also used symbolically in Revelation when John is describing the remnant church, which we will examine towards the end of this study.’At the time of the new moon a sacred festival was celebrated in Israel.’ (Ellen WhitePP 665)
Ceremonial Law SOP – In this brief study we analyze some quotes from the Spirit of Prophecy regarding the ‘ceremonial law’ to see if it is referring to Sabbaths, New Moons, or Feasts. What we have found is that the Ceremonial law refers only to the sacrifices, offerings and the priesthood.
AT Jones on the Feasts – In this short study we look at quotes that show that AT Jones condoned the early church keeping the feasts at the proper times after the cross and that Rome “changed times and laws” including the feast times.
Let no man Judge you – God told us that we will be observing new moons in the new heaven and earth. Paul kept the feasts with gentile believers. The Lords supper was celebrated on these days. They were being judged in regards to food and drink, and the Jews were wondering where the sacrifice was. But Paul said ‘let no man judge you’. This article goes over what is truly being said in Colossians 2:14-17. It also looks at some historic Seventh Day Adventist writings by Ellen White
Christian debate – Christian debate is an oxymoron. A debater seeks to win an argument by posting as much as he can without really hearing what the other person is saying nor responding to the other persons comments. They usually try to stack up a bunch of quotes or scriptures against you in an attempt to be the WINNER in their STRIVING.
The Two Covenants – The Everlasting Covenant and the Covenant at Sinai – Our God cannot lie, he is faithful and keeps his promises, the everlasting covenant. At Mount Sinai God made a covenant with the people. For some reason the promises of that covenant were not good. In this study we examine the foundation of the Covenant debate to find a great blessing.
Truly Born Again – Whosoever is Born Again of God and of Spirit does not Commit Sin – Having The Straight Testimony. As we continue some will rise against this testimony. This is the testimony of Jesus Christ. There is a major deception being taught in our churches today. One that teaches that after we are born again or converted we continue to sin willfully and knowingly.
The Testimony of Jesus Christ – was ‘I do always those things that please him.'(John 8:29). As the children of our heavenly father, we have been given as a free gift ‘the mind of Christ'(1 Cor 2:16), ‘the faith of Jesus'(Revelation 14:12) and the very ‘testimony of Jesus Christ'(Revelation 12:17) that we may by his grace testify ‘I do always those things that please him'(John 8:29).
